JEDDAH, 15 May 2006 — Saudi singer Khaled Abdul Rahman has put the final touches to his latest album of nine numbers, including a folk song. He said it would be a pleasant surprise to his fans, Al-Watan daily reported yesterday.
The songs were written by Muhammad ibn Abdul Aziz, Bandar Al-Rashoud and Nasser Al-Qahtani while the music was composed by Saleh Al-Shahari and Khaled Abdul Rahman. The recordings were completed in two stages — first at Cairo and the second at the Golden Strings Studio in Riyadh. Khaled also hopes to prepare a video clip of the songs.
