JIZAN, 7 June 2006 — A high school student didn’t appreciate the difficulty of an exam, so he decided to inflict revenge by stealing his teacher’s license plate, Al-Madinah daily reported yesterday. Knowing what a pain it can be to deal with the local bureaucracy, the student pried his teacher’s license plate from the front of the car.
