JEDDAH, 28 November 2006 — Al-Ahli hardly worked up a sweat on the way to a 91-47 rout of Masera in the first game action in Jeddah at the Prince Abdullah Al- Faisal Stadium on Friday night.

The starters only played the first half leaving the score of Ahli 55 Masera 28.

Ahli import Kenny Tate scored 15 points and had 8 assists. Damon Forney had 22 points 11 rebounds and 5 slam-dunks in the half.

Al-Ittihad blasted Weda 86-51 in the second game.

Once again, the starters rested in the second half after their team led 54-22. Tony Madison had 16 points, Ali Mugraby 14, and Roman Gonzalez 11 in the half.

In Madinah Ohud beat Nahdah 88-60. Ansar battled Al-Qadisiya and won by five points 79-74.

Each of the top four with two wins each leaves Ittihad No. 1, Ohud No. 2, Ahli No. 3, and Ansar in fourth place based on points scored.
