MANAMA, 19 February 2007 — The decomposed body of a Saudi on a visit to Bahrain was discovered in a Manama hotel on Saturday. Ibrahim ibn Abdullah ibn Hamood is believed to have died at least three days before his body was discovered in the hotel room.
Sources said that the death appeared to have been the result of natural causes as the possibility of foul play has been ruled out. The man had checked into the hotel on Tuesday, Feb. 13, and was not been subsequently seen. It was not immediately clear where in Saudi Arabia Hamood was from or where he worked.
