JEDDAH, 6 March 2007 — Two Nigerians and two Arabs of unknown nationality were arrested for credit card fraud, the daily Al-Riyadh reported yesterday. The men are accused of using stolen credit cards issued outside of the Kingdom to buy electronic goods in bulk from stores in Jeddah. The police arrested the men, who were also able to withdraw cash from ATMs with the cards (implying they had the PIN numbers), in possession of an undisclosed amount of currency that police say is stolen.
