DUBAI, 20 June 2007 — The SRK Group of companies will launch their Skywing project at Tulip Inn, Riyadh today at 8.30 p.m. and will hold a business meeting at Holiday Inn, Jeddah at 7 p.m. tomorrow, a statement from SRK Group said yesterday.
SRK Group is the first real estate company to introduce service apartment concept in Pune where the IT and BT Park is situated and in the Electronic City in Bangalore. For 20 years, they have set up the base with the corporate office situated in the metropolitan city of Pune. It has efficiently delivered and completed more than 50 projects covering 1,500 acres.
“Skywings luxury apartments in Kochi is a residential cum commercial complex. The total area of the land is around 8 acres. We are planning to build five towers. The service apartment building will have one restaurant, convention room, business centers, swimming pool, health club etc.
The service apartment block will be managed by Carlton Group under the name Carlton Suites and Inns.
“We have plans to construct individual villas and row houses with separate club house, swimming pool, etc. in the lower most level of the area,” group’s chairman and managing director K.R. Malik said in a statement.
All the apartments will have car parking. The grand main entrance will have a separate visitor’s car parking.
“All the apartments are connected at sky level with bridges giving approach to the main health club, swimming pool, restaurants, etc, housed in the central tower,” he added.
