RIYADH, 9 July 2007 — Riyadh authorities announced yesterday that they arrested three men, all in their 20s, for allegedly raping a 13-year-old boy in Al-Deera district in the capital.
“Riyadh police received a local man who came to the station reporting that his 13-year-old-son had been kidnapped by three men who took him to a deserted area and then raped him,” said the statement from the Riyadh police.
