NCCI to Unveil New Logo

RIYADH, 25 October 2007 — NCCI, the biggest player in the Kingdom’s insurance market, will launch its new logo on Saturday reflecting its new identity amid the changes taking place in the insurance sector.

The new logo will be unveiled at a high-profile event that will be attended by leading economic, financial, insurance and other eminent personalities.

The launch will take place at the Salam Park, where the highlights of the evening include a recap of the landmark events during the last two decades. It will also dwell on the new trends and changes in the market and NCCI’s strategy in that regard.

Ali Al-Subaihin, chief executive officer of NCCI, told Arab News that the introduction of the new corporate logo symbolizes the emerging challenges facing the Saudi insurance market. “The Kingdom’s economy and its population are growing rapidly. The Saudi insurance sector is also witnessing major developments reflected in the regulation of the insurance market, and its opening up to local and foreign insurance companies,” he said.

The CEO explained that the new logo incorporates NCCI’s deeply ingrained values that have sustained its long-term growth in the Saudi insurance market.

He reaffirmed NCCI’s commitment to play a leadership role in this vital sector, adding that the launch of the new logo was a symbol of its determination to serve its customers professionally through quality products and services.

Al-Subaihin also said that there will be some developments in the company’s corporate structure as well as its product lineup reflecting its new identity.
