Saudi Diyar will be established as a complete real estate solutions provider that covers the entire spectrum of property development — residential, commercial, hospitality and retail. Thani Issuance of Sukuk Ends
DUBAI, 19 November 2007 — Thani Investments, a private company with business interests in mining, gold, and property (including Dubai Golf City) yesterday announced the successful closure of the $100 million Musharaka Sukuk Issue, arranged by UAE Emirates Islamic Bank and Liquidity Management Center BSC, Bahrain (the joint lead mandated arrangers). Japan Food Drive in Dubai Kicks Off
DUBAI, 19 November 2007 — Daisho Emirates, leading importers, exporters and suppliers of Japanese foodstuff, yesterday kick-started Oishii Nippon (Tasty Japan), Japanese fresh fruits and vegetable campaign in Dubai.
