RIYADH — Following the well-received screening of "Home: The Aramco Brats Story" here, the documentary will be shown in major cities throughout the Kingdom.
"Home" shows life in Saudi Arabia from the eyes of expatriate children who grew up in the Kingdom between 1933 and the present day. The 90-minute documentary will be shown in Dhahran, home to the largest American community in Saudi Arabia, followed by Jeddah.
The film brings alive the culture, history, religion and the community of Saudi Arabia.
"I'm overwhelmed with joy and proud of how well the film was received at Riyadh," said Todd Nims one of the documentary's three producers who lived in Saudi Arabia for over 15 years.
The term "Aramco Brats" is a reference to the thousands of children of expatriates who were employed by Saudi ARAMCO. There are thousands of "Aramco Brats" all over the world, with the majority of them in the United States.
