RIYADH — The Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG) will be the media sponsor of the first Travel & Tourism Investment Forum to be held here on March 23-27, the company said in an announcement. Riyadh Governor Prince Salman will open the forum. Abdullah Al-Johani, deputy secretary-general of the Supreme Commission for Tourism, thanked Prince Faisal bin Salman, chairman of the group, for the sponsorship and noted the strong cooperation between SRMG and the commission. He hoped that the support of SRMG being the leading media group in the Middle East would make the event a big success.
Mobily Apologizes to Unaizah Customers
RIYADH — Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has apologized for an outage of services to customers in Unaizah. “Mobily apologizes to customers for the outage and shall be compensating them shortly,” a statement issued by the company Saturday said. “We are working on preventing against such outages in the future,” the statement added. In addition compensating customers for the outage, Mobily said it would have its own fiberoptics cable operational in Al-Qassim and Hail regions within the coming week.
