King Abdullah leaves for US interfaith meet

CASABLANCA: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah left for United States after a brief stop in Casablanca to participate in the interfaith dialogue at the United Nations headquarters in New York on Nov.12 and 13. The king will also attend the G-20 economic summit in Washington on Nov.15, the Saudi Press Agency reported yesterday.

King Abdullah was seen off at Mohammed V International Airport by Prince Rasheed bin Al-Hassan II, Greater Casablanca Governor Muhammad Al-Qabbaj and Saudi Ambassador to Morocco Muhammad Al-Bishr. The king had left Riyadh for Morocco on Nov. 5.
