AL-JOUF: The Al-Jouf branch of the Saudi Credit Bank extended loans worth SR600 million to 26,000 citizens during the current financial year.
“Al-Jouf’s is the only branch of the Saudi Credit Bank that completes the processing and payment to a loan applicant in a single day,” bank’s branch manager Nawaf Al-Rashid told Arab News yesterday. “The customer friendly procedures adopted by the bank’s branch have been attracting people not only from neighboring cities but also other provinces such as Tabuk, Hail and Qassim to enjoy its loan facilities,” the bank manager said.
Besides social loans such as for family occasions, wedding and house repair, the bank gives loans for opening small trade establishments to youths. The bank also plans to give SR15 million in loans to set up commercial establishments to women at a women’s market to be established in Al-Jouf shortly, he said.
