King Abdullah invites Qatari emir to KAUST

DOHA: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah sent a letter to Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani inviting him to attend the opening function of the King Abdullah University for Science and Technology to be held next month. The letter was handed to the emir by Saudi Ambassador to Qatar Ahmad bin Ali Al-Qahtani during a reception at the emir's palace in Doha on Friday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
