JEDDAH: Defending champion Hataw-IV made the first significant move in its title-retention campaign, clinching Team of the Week honors during the third week of the Thursday Bowling League 4th Season at the Sultana Mall’s Bowling City here.

Captained by Alex Flora, Hataw-IV started strong on the way to the leading tally of 33 points with Al-Areesh-Bowling City, which shared honors the previous week with Cannon Balls, in second place on 31.5 points.

League leader and the only team to score a perfect double thus far in the young tournament, Pacific Storm, came third on 30 points.

Cool Change, Parachutte and D’ Barkads followed on 28, 23 and 22 in that order. Boleros took the seventh position on 19.5 points, while the last three teams on the night were Cannon Balls 15, Al-Vencav 14 and Lipton Tea 4.
