King thanks Naif over Haj success

RIYADH: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah thanked Second Deputy Premier Prince Naif, chairman of the Supreme Haj Committee, on the successful completion of Haj this year.

King Abdullah expressed his appreciation of the services of the prince and all other people who worked for the success of Haj in a reply cable to prince, which he sent to the king on the occasion of the Eid Al-Adha.

The king commended all who participated in the implementation of security, services, organizational and preventive plans for Haj and thus helping achieve a high level of safety and comfort for the pilgrims since their arrival in the Kingdom.

“We are also happy that preventive measures against the challenge of swine flu and other health projects in addition to the developmental projects led to the performance of the rites by the pilgrims with all ease and comfort,” the king said in his cable.
