RIYADH: A group of three Asian men was arrested in Riyadh on Tuesday in relation to the murder of another Asian and the theft of over SR400,000.
Police received a report about the murder, which took place at a private company. The dead worked as a guard at the company; his body was found inside the guardroom. Police and a team of forensic experts sealed the murder scene where the man was slumped on the ground.
He had been stabbed in the stomach, chest and neck. It was also found that over SR400,000 had been stolen from the company’s safe. Police officers were able to narrow their suspicion on one man who was employed at the company and had disappeared.
He had also switched his mobile phone off. The man was arrested and so were his two accomplices.
