You are right that for each eight-hour day you worked during an official holiday, you should be reimbursed at time-and-a-half as holiday overtime pay. On the other point, your employer is correct. The official holiday for Eid Al-Adha is four days rather than six.
I would recommend consulting your embassy. You should also complain to the Traffic Police and request they investigate the theft of your license.
