The project was developed on an area of 35,000 square meters on the corner of Prince Mohamed Bin Abdulaziz (Tahlia) and Andalus streets. The project comprises 12 floors of which 27,500 square meters are dedicated for offices and 5,000 square meters dedicated for retail.
In addition, there are two underground floors dedicated for parking. The distinguished exterior design of the building combines a mixture of the traditional heritage and modernity of architecture.
