Samba chief presented Lifetime Achievement Award

“Through his visionary leadership and ability to capture opportunities and identify challenges, Al-Eissa has managed to realize unprecedented achievements on the local and regional levels that have contributed significantly to the development of the Saudi banking and financial sector,” an official statement said.
The Samba chief received the award during a ceremony hosted by ITP Publishing Group at the InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh, during which a number of the Kingdom’s business leaders, who have been nominated by the Arbitration Commission of the ITP Publishing Group, were honored for their distinguished achievements.
Upon receiving the award, Al-Eissa extended his thanks and appreciation to CEO Middle East, ITP Executive Publishing Group and its Arbitration Commission.
“This accolade is a testimony to Samba’s leadership position and strong reputation, which has been achieved through a clear, consistent vision and a well-aligned strategy. By carefully following our strategy, the group has been able to deliver consistently impressive performance and we are committed to proceeding unwaveringly and confidently with our future development programs,” he added.
The award comes in recognition of the achievements and leadership skills that Al-Eissa has demonstrated during his career with the group for over 30 years. “As a result of this accumulated experience, Al-Eissa was unanimously elected as chairman of the group’s board of directors in the beginning of this year,” the statement said.
During his term as managing director and CEO of Samba, Al-Eissa won a number of prestigious awards, including the Euromoney QFC “Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Financial Services in the Middle East.”
