Imam urges public not to watch 'Tash Ma Tash'

The Khatib Ata Allah Al-Balawi especially referred to the popular Ramadan comedy serial "Tash Ma Tash," known for relatively bold social criticism and satire, calling it morally degrading.
When asked by a journalist whether he had ever watched "Tash Ma Tash," the khatib said he had not. While it's not clear how the imam could know just how "morally degrading" a program is without having watched it, at least he's being consistent.
