Woman held over maid's death

According to police, the maid arrived at Qurayat General Hospital with burns and bruises all over her body and later died from her injuries.
According to officers, the victim had worked for her sponsor for two years. She claimed that she came home one night and found her maid injured and beaten. The maid allegedly told the sponsor that a foreigner attacked her and spilled hot water over her body. Police are still investigating.
