S7 passengers from Monday will be able to buy and spend Oneworld air miles and make use of benefits at the other 11 members in the alliance. American Airlines, British Airways and Qantas are among Oneworld participants.
S7 Airlines, created in 1992, is 75 percent privately owned, with the government holding 25 percent.
It flies to 90 destinations in 28 countries.
India’s Kingfisher airlines and Germany’s Airberlin are expected to join Oneworld next year.
