SCTA growth documented in new book

SCTA President Prince Sultan Bin Salman stressed in the book's suffix the importance of documenting with transparency the SCTA's work since its establishment.
The book monitors the SCTA's experience in organizing and developing the Saudi tourism sector. It provides transparent info about all the initiatives suggested and implemented by the SCTA for everyone.
The book consists of five sections that include 33 chapters, reviewing the SCTA establishment, tourism concept in the Kingdom, the developing industry, the importance of tourism industry and the status of tourism in the Kingdom before the SCTA.
The book also documents the SCTA's initiatives to develop tourism sector, through developing the tourism products, encouraging tourism investments, cooperation and partnership with the SCTA and its partners as well as its international cooperation and participation in regional and international meetings. It also includes reasons for establishing the commission, its vision and the mission, and its technical and organizational structure.
The SCTA was established in 2000.
