The sources said the first strike targeted a training ground in Jabaliya refugee camp in northern Gaza belonging to Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas movement. One Palestinian was wounded in this attack in addition to serious damage done to the training camp and neighboring homes.
In the second attack, Israeli jets fired missiles at an open area west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. One civilian was injured and admitted to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah, medics said.
The Israeli military said the strikes targeted a Hamas terror activity center in northern Gaza and a weapons-manufacturing facility in central Gaza.
It added that the strikes came in response to a homemade rocket that was fired toward Sha'ar Hanegev community on Saturday.
