Prince Saud bin Abdul Mohsen bin Abdulaziz, governor of Hail, president of the Supreme Commission for Hail
Development and head of the Supreme Commission of Hail Rally, presented the shield of honor and appreciation certificate to Toyota racing team program manager Saad Faisal during the ceremony held at Venice Hall in Hail.
Faisal expressed tremendous pride for this honor, and said "We are very happy for the success of Hail Rally this year, which was expressed by the officials of the International Automobile Federation (FIA).
The Hail Rally this year was well organized, thanks to the efforts of the organizing committee, which was backed by limitless support from the governor of Hail and his deputy and the President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare and his deputy."
