They were joined by Victor Batarseh, mayor of Bethlehem, as he cut the ribbon to mark the opening. Kelly said: “This initiative provides an opportunity to improve the quality of life and advance the rights of children in need, and is an excellent way to foster higher level of thinking.” The initiative brings the idea of equal treatment and respect to disadvantaged or less fortunate children, giving them chances to participate in activities that would otherwise be a foreign experience to them.
