While receiving a group of young men and women at his office here, the governor also disclosed plans to establish a children's section at King Fahd Library in Jeddah.
Prince Khaled had announced last month that he would meet with youth every month to discuss their problems and answer their questions.
A youth forum will be held in Jeddah next week when students will present a variety of programs and take part in different contests, the prince said.
The governor answered the questions of the youth on various issues including unemployment.
