Pakistan Navy ship makes port call in Jeddah

Capt. Naveed Ashraf paid a courtesy call to top officers of the Saudi Navy, including Admiral Khalid Al-Hamdan, Western Fleet commander and commander RSNF Base in Jeddah.
On Monday, a reception was held on board the ship by the crew in honor of the Saudi dignitaries that was attended by Saudi naval officers, diplomats, Saudis and Pakistan expatriates.
The Alamgir, commissioned in August, is named after the emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir, who was the sixth Muslim ruler of the Mogul Empire, which ruled the Indian subcontinent for almost 50 years.
