When the man came running with a knife many people tried to stop him, but he charged forward and stabbed the Filipino in the neck. The victim fell to the ground and started bleeding profusely and died shortly afterward. The assailant also attacked those who tried to stop him. A Sudanese man sustained injuries to his hand and shoulder. Police patrols and ambulances rushed to the spot but the murderer escaped. The case is under investigation.
