This joins STC’s “innovative saving keys” comprising four such keys launched by the company — Nadeek, Friends, International and SMS Key.
The new “innovative” key exempts the customer from any monthly fee for any of the post-paid packages.
A new pricing structure of SR0.20 for all voice calls, SR0.10 for SMS, 30 percent discount on the 500mb Internet package and a 10 percent discount on monthly fees for the blackberry package, in addition to 50 percent discount on the Nadeek Key.
The Student Key provides special offers upon activation for the first month to include 100 minutes of free voice calls within the network, 100 free SMS on the network, 100 free MMS on the network, and 100 megabyte of free usage on the Internet.
Outstanding students who have been accustomed to receiving rewards and gifts from their families toward the end of each academic year can now benefit from this first time initiative in the region, where STC is giving an end of school year gift to students in the form of free calls within the network for a period of one month as well as SMS for a period of one month on the network.
For activation of the Student Key, the subscriber’s number needs to be post-paid or upgraded in the case of SAWA or LANA lines and then activated.
Information is received by sending an SMS containing the number 4000 to 902 or by contacting 902 directly or visiting one of the STC sales offices.
The Student Key fees are similar to the other saving keys of SR12 per key.
In addition to offering a special discount on the monthly subscription fee to Nadeek Key which gives the subscribers among football fans a SR0.20 for SMS and MMS and video calls among all subscribers in the savings Key.
Also, the key gives 20 free SMS and 20 free MMS during each game of the subscriber’s favorite football club as well as the important news pertinent to the club.
Meanwhile, coinciding with summer holidays, STC has launched the “Qitaf & Al Hokair Amusement Parks” campaign for the second year in a row allowing customers to benefit from various entertainment offers exclusively for STC Qitaf customers reaching 100 percent.
Customers will receive a Qitaf Entertainment Card by using the Qitaf points to receive double the credit valued SR200.
The cards are available through the devices for Qitaf electronic vouchers at all branches of Al Hokair Amusement Parks.
In addition to that Qitaf customers will be given an additional 20 percent discount when recharging for customers and their families.
Maziad bin Naser Al-Harbi, STC’s vice president-home sector, said STC was keen to launch this campaign during the summer break and for one month in order to make summer a highly entertaining season for all STC Qitaf customers of all ages.
Al-Harbi said this campaign covered all of Al Hokair Group’s locations in 11 cities across the Kingdom comprising many activities geared for family entertainment including sports, cultural and promotional programs, and other safe gaming only to create an ambiance of entertainment that is both exciting and fun for the customers.
Majed bin Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair, CEO of Al Hokair Group for Tourism & Development, welcomed the campaign with Qitaf and said this was the best loyalty program in the region.
He highlighted the great success of the campaign over the past two years, which contributed to achieving customer satisfaction for both STC and Al Hokair.
Qitaf customers can receive their Qitaf Electronic Vouchers PIN by sending 1666 to 902.
