The Saudi basketball team defeated Italy in the finals at 37-29. The players were Abdul Majeed Al-Khleefa, Abdul Malik Abdul Rahman, Muhammad Al-Salloum, Saleem Al-Saud, Taysir Al-Wahl, Turki Al-Muhanna, Hasan Ali, Hani Al-Muhammad and Muhammad Al-Saqr.
In the 4X100m relay Talie Al-Yami, Ali Fakeehi, Faris Gharwi and Muhammad Al-Fehaid won the gold, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Ahmad Al-Fadin and Abdul Muhsen won a bronze in table tennis.
The swimming team of Abdullah, Muhammad Al-Shaharani, Mazen Al-Addad and Ali Al-Qahtani will fight in the finals of 4X25m free style and 50 meter butterfly on Sunday. Muhammad Al-Fehaid will participate in the long jump and javelin throw.
The games will end on Monday.
