The confederation says on its website the two teams will face each other Sept. 5 at Craven Cottage, the home stadium of Premier League club Fulham.
The game replaces the Brazil-Egypt friendly that was scheduled to be played in Cairo on Sept. 6. The confederation said Tuesday that Egypt requested the cancelation of that game because of security concerns.
Earlier this month, the confederation said Brazil and Argentina will face each other in a two-game mini-tournament in September.
Argentina will host the first game on Sept. 14. The second game will be played two weeks later in Brazil’s northern city of Belem.
