Shereen denies refusing to sing with Saudis

Maysoon had earlier stated that Shereen had refused to sing with her the duet “Ana Mish Bita’it Kalam” (I am not a talker), bluntly stating that she did not sing with Saudis or anyone from the Gulf, while throwing the microphone and leaving the studio.
Shereen, however, said that she would never oppose singing with someone from Saudi Arabia or any other Gulf country. It would be illogical for her to act in such a manner, because she had previously presented an entire album in the Gulf dialect. The singer further stressed that director Tony Qahwaji could confirm that during rehearsals for the program she had practiced singing with three Gulf contestants taking part in the program.
