The #1 Club Gold service in Dubai will offer customers exclusive benefits including faster reservations, a speedy vehicle pick up process and VIP treatment every time they rent a Hertz car.
A driver’s license will be the only document that Club Gold members flying into Dubai will need to produce in order to process their reservation and go straight to their vehicle, waiting in a designated ‘gold’ parking area near the counter.
Dubai Airports is one of the busiest in the world. Last year, 47.2 million passengers passed through the three terminals, and 2011 is expected to bring even more traffic. According to Dubai airport, there was a 9.7 percent year-on-year increase in passenger traffic in July 2011 compared to July 2010.

Passengers are often fatigued upon arrival and simply want to get to their final destination. The Club Gold program gets people on the road as quickly as possible.”
Customers who have rented from Hertz three times during the calendar year are eligible to upgrade to the Hertz #1 Club Gold program.
Hertz UAE, however, is granting travelers a limited-time complimentary upgrade to gold status when they enroll via the website, hertz.ae/goldenrol.
All Hertz cars are fully insured and undergo a 40-point quality check-up prior to rentals.
Customers can rely on a 24-hour back up service breakdown cover, which includes replacement vehicles, full maintenance and repairs, and round-the-clock roadside assistance.
