The residences in Abraj Al-Hilal 1, the first phase of Jeddah Gate, will be handed over in the coming weeks to customers.
Emaar Middle East has completed the infrastructure networks envisaged in the whole Jeddah Gate master plan.
Telecom connectivity, water and power supply, storm water, sewage treatment and irrigation lines have already been completed in addition to final touches to laying out streets and street lighting for the first phase.
The internal finishes to Abraj Al-Hilal 1 are currently being executed, offering residents a premium lifestyle environment.
