Said Al-Asmari, secretary-general of the chamber, inaugurated the two-day catalog show on Sunday.
Shakeel Ahmad, consul (commercial) and other officials from the Indian Consulate, Saudi businessmen and members of Indian community were present.
The secretary-general indicated keen desire to take a business delegation from Abha region to India to meet relevant business bodies and companies to explore partnership and investment opportunities. He also invited Indian companies to take part in the Abha Franchising Expo to be held on Jan. 30 and 31 at Abha Palace Hotel.
The show was organized by the Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Consulate General of India, Jeddah.
