The delegation, which included a number of medical administrators from Switzerland, were received by CEO of Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group Nasser bin Muhammad Al-Haqabani and Dr. Sulaiman Al-Taweel, deputy CEO for the affairs of hospitals.
During the visit the group took a tour of the lab, the X-ray section, the intensive-care unit, the cardiology ward, the emergency ward, the dental division, the physiotherapy department and the cosmetic surgeries department. It admired the modern equipment in the hospital considered the most state-of-the-art of its kind in the world.
In press statements at the end of the visit, the delegation head expressed admiration for the resources and potential of the hospital and the international standard health services its highly qualified doctors and technicians are providing. He said the state-of-the-art equipment reflected the advancement of the hospital and its preparedness to deal with critical cases.
Means of further enhancing cooperation between Dr. Sulaiman Habib Medical Group and the Swiss hospitals were also discussed during the visit, which was aimed at further promoting bilateral ties between the group and the Swiss embassy. The delegation is supervising more than 40 health institutions in Switzerland.
