Prince Abdullah bin Turki, who inaugurated the exhibition, praised the efforts of the organizers. He said he wished Saudi products would get substantial exposure and promotion in the market.
“This is an excellent way to let the public know about Saudi traditional and cultural products. It’s immensely important that Saudi products and designers of the Kingdom get such platforms,” said Prince Abdullah. “It shows our culture and tradition, and we wish it will gain popularity worldwide.”
“The festival is displaying many items of excellent quality. These products are not available on the market. It is an excellent way to make the public aware of Saudi homemade products, traditional and cultural accessories and the talent of Saudi designers,” said Dr. Fahd Ghazoli, the group’s executive manager for media and one of the organizers.
He also said the main aim behind organizing this exhibition is to give maximum exposure to Saudi traditional and cultural homemade products.
“This is just to give a small boost to the Saudi designers and small entrepreneurs who are working in homes and producing Saudi traditional and cultural products,” he said.
