Officials from both parties including Hauke Braack, global Porsche account manager at ExxonMobil, were present.
Under this partnership agreement, Apsco, based on its global experience and long-lasting global and strategic relationship with Porsche AG, will supply various types of Mobil 1 lubricants to Porsche service and maintenance centers Kingdom wide, as Mobil 1 synthetic lubricants enjoy high quality and specifications that fit with the advanced high technical specifications of Porsche cars.
Khalid Al-Tayeb, general manager of lubs and specialties, said the renewal of the partnership between Mobil 1 and Porsche Saudi Arabia strengthens the strong relationship between the two companies on a global level.
He added: “We, at APSCO and Mobil 1, are pleased with this agreement and fully committed to supply our partners, as well as to many international carmakers, with highest quality of lubricants.”
Sherein Nassef, general manager of Porsche at Samaco, expressed the pleasure of the company for the renewal of this agreement which associate them with Mobil 1, the world’s most famous company in the area of producing of lubricants, and said that such partnerships eventually aim at providing best services to our clients.
Hauke Braack highlighted the significance of the relationship between Mobil 1 and Porsche worldwide and said: “Since 1996 Porsche had put its confidence in Mobil 1 lubricants, and it had become the first oil to be used in new Porsche engines. Over the last 16 years, more than one million Porsche cars left the plant with its engines filled with Mobil 1 oil. “
