Unlike at the only previous public hearing, Anders Behring Breivik has agreed to let himself be photographed before the proceedings begin.
About 100 survivors and relatives of victims of the July 22 massacre are expected to attend the hearing in Oslo’s district court, which is expected to decide to keep Breivik in jail until his trial begins in April.
Breivik has admitted he carried out the bombing outside the government headquarters and the shooting massacre at a Labour Party youth camp on July 22 but denies criminal guilt. A psychiatric evaluation found him criminally insane.
