The new feature strengthens Zain’s wide range of service options.
Visitors can now see a new section named “direct support” on the website. It provides easy access for clients to chat with customer service representatives who can answer all queries.
Customer will benefit from this service for 16 hours a day between 8 a.m. and midnight from Saturday to Wednesday.
The company seeks, through the launch of this service and the allocation of an integrated team, to provide a new addition to customers and offer more options to communicate with them with more speed and quality.
The chatting service comes as a new facility besides other options such as voice calls, personal visit to Zain KSA branches and communications via e-mails or social networking channels (Facebook and Twitter)
Zain KSA has earned the confidence of its customers with these excellent services that meet their expectations.
Zain Saudi Arabia was recently ranked first customer services, according to results announced by an independent research entity in all phases of evaluation that took place last year.
