Brazilian commercial mission in Riyadh to spur Saudi trade

Forty-seven Brazilian companies from the sectors such as food, beverages and agribusiness; machinery and equipment; and house and civil construction aim boost trade ties with potential local buyers from Saudi Arabia.
The commercial mission is designed to give investors of both countries to take advantage of business opportunities available and the multiple and learn more from trading partners, investors and distributors in the Kingdom for a wide range of products and services and by Brazil’s largest companies in Brazil.
There will also be technical visits to local companies and some business meetings with entrepreneurs.
Investment attraction seminars will be organized to enable Brazilian private companies and governmental institutions to present projects in sectors such as infrastructure (ports, railroads, energy) and real estate (retail, hotels, logistics) to a local audience of potential co-investors and partners.
Also, Brazilian companies would organize visits to the offices of top potential investors in Riyadh.
Apex-Brasil President Marcio Burgas said the mission is part of a common desire to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries and promote opportunities for business sectors in Saudi Arabia and Brazil.
The mission reflects the interest in strengthening and enhancing trade relations with the Kingdom.
He said the trade mission would discuss aspects of joint cooperation and the possibility of business partnerships and investment between the two sides.
A number of partnerships and investment projects aim to benefit from the Kingdom’s rapid economic growth.
