The agreement, which came on the sidelines of the Gulf-Turkish Forum in Istanbul, Turkey, was singed by CF Secretary General Abdulaziz Almutairi and the GCC Chambers Secretary General Abdulrahim Tagi.
Almutairi appreciated such cooperation, which, he said, will help the GCC youth set up private projects and get every assistance concerning loans, training, guidance, and technical support.
He said the agreement will allow the CF transfer its example to the GCC youth, support small scale firms and, further, encourage the youth to have their own businesses and get benefited from the CF services.
Turkish ministers of finance, commerce and economy together with Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Saleh Kamel attended the signing ceremony.
