Chairman of the council Dahvi Al-Shamri and the cement company president Matar Al-Zahrani represented their establishments in the signing ceremony at the cement company head office in Hail.
As part of the agreement the cement company will select and sponsor 100 students. The training program will cover English language and specializations related to cement manufacturing. The agreement also stipulated that the company would pay students a monthly stipend of SR3,900 during the training period and SR6,680 monthly salary after starting work at the company.
