Visitors will also be supplied with T-shirts and fliers on safety. Videos and CDs on road safety and the dangers of joyriding will also be distributed. Films, electronic billboards and plasma screens will also highlight points of safety awareness.
The exhibits also include various modern devices used in criminal investigations such as DNA tests, methods of discovering identity thefts and forgery of documents, Al-Zenaidi said.
The exhibition will also include images of policemen killed in the line of duty.
“The Saher Magazine,” published by those behind the countrywide electronic surveillance system to detect traffic violations, will also be available at the exhibition, he said.
“A large number of security forces will be deployed to ensure security and regulate traffic during the rally this year on the orders of Hail Gov. Prince Saud bin Abdul Mohsen,” Director of Hail Police Lt. Gen. Yahya Al-Biladi said.
“New security stations with a large number of officers are being set up at different points in order to avoid crowding and keep the race course clear and thus make the event a success,” Al-Biladi said.
