Maharaja’s supervising chef and “founding father,” Vineet Bhatia, is a Michelin star-winning chef who has created some of the world’s finest Indian restaurants in the UK, Europe, Asia and beyond.
Guests will be invited to savor exotic new dishes from an exciting special menu, in addition to fabulous lamb, chicken and vegetarian biryanis, as well as meats and seafood cooked in special Tandoori ovens, mixed vegetable curries and freshly-baked breads. Magnificent Indian desserts are also available.
All these are prepared using the recipes of North Frontier cuisine with Dum Pukht style, for ethnic dishes with a modern touch.
With every detail supervised by Chef Vineet, all the necessary ingredients will be present for a most memorable time with family and friends.
