Al-Tuwarqi Green routed Team Arabia by 111 runs in the Al-Turki first division cricket league organized by the Eastern Province Cricket Association.
Batting first Al-Tuwarqi scored 308 runs. Aftab top-scored with 143 runs. Anwar Khan took 4 wickets while Anoop got 3. In reply Team Arabia managed 197 runs.
Gyptach Dolphins defeated Kashmir XI by 5 wickets. G. Dolphins successfully chased 203 runs. Salman Qadoosi (63) and Ajaz (88) were among the runs. Shiraz Farooqi took 3 wickets. Bin Delmah ADPCO also won their match by 65 run against Asia XI. Asia could only manage 193 runs while chasing 257. Kashif Butt made 68 and Iftikhar took 4 wickets.
Age Steel International got the better of Gladiators by 9 wickets. Age Steel successfully chased 128. Arslan Shakil made 78, while Zaman took 4 wickets.
EI Plus won the match by 55 run against Team Ignition. EI Plus put up 270 runs. Team Ignition managed to reach 215. Nasrullah made 82 runs. Shijil Bollur took 3 wickets while Saleem Dar got 4.
Al Fattah Friends beat Harley Davidson by 70 Runs. Al Fattah Friends defended their total of 215 and bowled out Harley Davidson for 145. Muraad scored 77 runs. Tajamal and Osamn Abdulghani took 4 wickets each. Young Stars lost their match against Deccan Challengers by 2 wickets. Young stars putting up a good total of 268 runs could not defend it. Aqil Malik (95) and Saleem Nadi (113) were in good form. Habib and Talal took 3 wickets each.
In premier division, Kanoo won against Aim Bin Delmah by 5 wickets. Munawar Chaudary’s magnificent 167 runs helped Kanoo to chase 275 runs. Waseem Malik scored 76 and Sohrab got 66.
In the second match, Al Gamdi defeated Marooj Rawan KGC by 115 runs. Batting first Al Gamdi made 286.
In reply MR KGC were out for 171. Abbas Raza scored 71 runs. Majid and Shahid took 3 wickets each.
Al-Tuwarqi white beat Team Abbasi by 75 runs. Al-Tuwarqi defended a small total of 215 runs with the help some good spin bowling by Waqqas and Khawar who claimed 3 and 2 wickets respectively. Adnan also took 3 wickets while Tahir made 52 runs.
S.S.T Blues comprehensively beat T.F.T by 151 runs. Batting first S.S.T Blues made 369 runs. Irfan Faroori was the hero of the day as he scored 179 runs. His opening partner Kashif Raiz supported him with 119 runs. Faraz Ashfaq took 4 wikets for S.S.T.
In reply T.F.T were bowled out for 218. Ahmed Rauf made 81 while Qayyum took 3 wickets.
