Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah yesterday issued a royal decree appointing Abdul Rahman Hazza, who is spokesman of the Culture and Information Ministry, as president of the Radio & Television Authority with excellent rank.
Earlier the king issued another decree promoting three Foreign Ministry officials to excellent ranks. The three promoted officials are Dr. Khaled Al-Jundan, deputy minister for bilateral relations; Dr. Yousuf Al-Saadoun, deputy minister for economic and cultural relations; and Ali bin Saeed Asiri, Saudi ambassador to Lebanon. The three were promoted on the recommendation of Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the SPA reported.
