More than 4,000 students from several private and public schools in Jazan have joined the largest safe driving awareness campaign targeting students.
The campaign dubbed “Safe Driving” was organized by a company called Taajeer in collaboration with the Directorate of Education and the Traffic Department in Jazan.
Omar Hindi, CEO of Taajeer , said that the participation in the campaign exceeded expectations showing the positive attitude to such campaigns and a mindset of social responsibility sense among the participants.
The event took place at King Faisal Sports Complex and was attended by 4,000 students from 80 schools.
After the success in the Eastern Province, Riyadh and Jeddah, the campaign now in its fourth year, has been designed to teach young people about staying safe when driving.
